Hello! I'm Beth.
I've built my career at the intersection of mind and body — studying it, living it, and translating it into real, usable information for real people. Whether I'm working with clients one-on-one or creating resources for a broader audience, my goal is always the same: make the complicated stuff simple, and make the simple stuff stick.
I'm not here to overwhelm you with research or sell you on gimmicks. I'm here to help you actually understand what's happening in your body, your mind, and your relationships — and what to do about it.
None of this started with a business plan,
it started with a bad year
In 2023, my body and emotions started shifting in ways I couldn't explain. Nothing in my habits or environment had changed — but I had. I went deep into the research, and eventually landed on the answer: perimenopause.
What I found on the other side of that rabbit hole was a massive amount of information — and almost no good way to sort through it. Ads, conflicting advice, miracle products, and a whole lot of noise.
My mom's generation handed me a "good luck, honey" and moved on.
I DECIDED THAT WASN'T GOING TO BE MY STORY
So I did what I do best: I learned everything I could, distilled it down to what actually matters, and built something to share it. BethLohman.com became the community and resource hub I wished had existed when I first started searching.

Why I Keep Showing Up
Because information should empower you — not confuse you, scare you, or send you down a spiral of targeted ads.
After nearly two decades in mental and physical health, here's what I know for sure:
-
People don't lack the desire to take care of themselves — they lack clear, trustworthy information that meets them where they are.
-
The internet is full of noise. Someone needs to filter it, translate it, and make it actually useful.
-
Real change happens when education feels approachable, not overwhelming.
-
You deserve a resource you can actually come back to — one that makes sense and gives you a real plan.
